Pneuma Ministry Institute Use & Content Policy

Introduction

Pneuma Ministry Institute is committed to developing leaders of excellence, integrity, and Christlike character. This policy governs the conduct, academic responsibilities, and digital obligations of every enrolled student. By completing the application process, you acknowledge and agree to uphold everything outlined here. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including revocation of student status and legal action where applicable.

Academic Integrity

All work submitted must represent your own original thought, research, and expression. Academic dishonesty in any form is a violation of both institutional standards and the biblical call to truthfulness. This includes plagiarism, fabrication, submitting another person's work as your own, unauthorized collaboration, and any form of cheating. All sources used in your work must be properly attributed.

Generative AI Policy

Assignments at Pneuma Ministry Institute are designed to cultivate your personal voice, theological reasoning, and Spirit-led discernment. AI-generated content cannot fulfill that purpose. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Inputting any assignment, prompt, or question into a generative AI tool (including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or any similar platform) and submitting the output as your own work

  • Copying, pasting, paraphrasing, or lightly editing AI-generated content for submission

  • Using AI to draft, outline, or substantially develop any assignment without prior written approval from your instructor

  • Sharing course materials, prompts, or assignment details with any AI tool

Note: Sharing course content with an external AI tool also constitutes a breach of the Non-Disclosure Agreement below.

Respect, Accountability & Integrity

All communication within the Pneuma Ministry Institute community, whether written, verbal, or digital, must reflect the character of Christ, as inEphesians 4:15, 29. This applies across all meetings, messages, emails, and any channel connected to the Institute. Disrespectful, manipulative, or demeaning communication is not tolerated.

When conflicts arise, students are expected to follow the biblical model in Matthew 18:15–17, addressing the matter directly and privately first, then with cohort leadership if unresolved, then with Institute leadership. Grievances are not to be aired on social media or to outside parties.

Students are also expected to maintain open and timely communication with cohort leadership, honor commitments to the program, respond to leadership in a timely manner, and proactively notify leadership of any circumstances affecting attendance or submission.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

All materials, content, and information associated with Pneuma Ministry Institute are confidential and proprietary. This includes course materials, curricula, assignments, recordings, meeting transcripts, instructional frameworks, and any internal communications. During and after your enrollment, you are strictly prohibited from disclosing, distributing, reproducing, or making available any Institute content to any unauthorized person or platform in any form. This includes posting content to social media, uploading to file-sharing platforms, forwarding emails or recordings, or re-teaching Institute content in any unauthorized setting.

Violation of this agreement may result in immediate revocation of student status and civil legal action, including copyright infringement claims and claims for damages.

Platform & Communication Policy

All official communication related to Pneuma Ministry Institute, including discussion of assignments, meetings, coursework, and cohort matters, must take place through authorized channels only which, as of now, consist of the built-in Group Forum function within the mypneuma.org web platform. Students may not create or participate in any external group chat, forum, or online community (including WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, GroupMe, or similar platforms) for the purpose of discussing Institute matters without prior written authorization from leadership.

Virtual Meeting Policy

All virtual meetings [through Zoom, Skype, Facetime, etc.] related to Pneuma Ministry Institute must be hosted, managed, and owned exclusively by designated cohort leaders or authorized Institute staff and students. Students may not create or host unsanctioned meetings to discuss, replicate, or supplement Institute coursework or community. Recording any Institute meeting, sharing meeting links, or allowing unauthorized individuals to attend, manage, participate, host, or view recordings is strictly prohibited.

Password & Access Security

Login credentials for any Institute platform are personal and non-transferable. Students may not share passwords, access codes, or account information with any individual including other students. Allowing unauthorized access to Institute platforms through your account is a violation of this policy. Any suspected compromise of your account must be reported to leadership within 24 hours.

Tuition Securities

If, for any reason, students might drop, resign, discontinue use, or withdraw from any Pneuma Ministry Institute or Pneuma Ministerial Association program, organization, or course, all pre-paid and prior paid invoices are non-refundable and will not be returned. This includes tuition, merchandise sales, and individual courses, tracks, or programs. Cancellation of your account will not qualify anyone for refund or reimbursement.

Consequences

Violations of this policy will be addressed through a documented process proportionate to the severity of the offense, which may include a formal warning, academic probation, suspension, or permanent revocation of student status. Violations of the Non-Disclosure Agreement or intellectual property protections may additionally result in civil legal action, including copyright infringement claims, injunctive relief, and monetary damages. Revocation of student status and legal action may occur simultaneously.
